Rules and Rulemaking
OVERVIEW OF RULES
Oregon Administrative Rules (OARs) determine how the Oregon Strawberry Commission and other state agencies operate, including how they interpret and implement state laws. Administrative rules can also describe agency practices and policies. Rules may be adopted, amended, repealed, suspended, or renumbered through a process known as rulemaking. Our rulemaking process offers several opportunities to provide feedback on a proposed rule. After a proposed rule has been approved and filed with the Secretary of State, that rule becomes adopted.
PROPOSED RULES
The Oregon Strawberry Commission adopted an Administrative Rule Change of 668-010-0010 on May 21, 2025 to remove organic grown strawberries from assessment exemption.
RULEMAKING CALENDAR
The Oregon StrawberryCommission does not currently have any other rulemaking scheduled for 2025.
