Strawberry Froscato

Frosé is all the rage! The bright Oregon strawberries provide plenty of natural red color to this delicious recipe for Strawberry Froscato. For the perfect combination, this recipe uses a pink Moscato wine to pair well with the extra sweetness from the Oregon strawberries.

1 bottle Pink Moscato, frozen
2 C frozen Oregon strawberries
8 oz club soda
1 t lime juice
2 - 3 T simple syrup


1. Freeze the pink moscato overnight. You can freeze it in an ice cube tray or plastic zip bag (it will remain a little slushy thanks to the alcohol).
2. Blend the strawberries, frozen wine, club soda, and lime juice until smooth. Mix in the simple syrup to taste.
3. Serve immediately or split the remainder into mason jars and stick those into the freezer. When you are ready to drink another one, let it sit out on the counter for about 45 minutes to thaw. Slushy and delicious!
