Strawberry Açai Bowl
Ingredients
2 frozen 4 oz açai packets
1 frozen banana, cut into chunks
½ C frozen Oregon strawberries, plus more for serving
¾ C unsweetened almond milk
¼ C fresh blueberries
¼ C fresh raspberries
¼ C prepared granola
1 T almond butter
1 T coconut flakes, toasted
2 t hemp seeds
Preparation
- In a blender, combine açai, banana, Oregon strawberries, and almond milk. Blend until smooth.
- Pour mixture into a bowl and garnish with Oregon strawberries, blueberries, raspberries, granola, almond butter, coconut, and hemp seeds.
